Workshop on "Taking Note" for Support Staff of Nepal Judicial Services [Tanahu]

NJA conducted three day workshop on TIPOT LEKHAN (Note Taking) for support staff of District Court in Tanahu from November 05-07, 2017 in Tanahu. In the workshop, there was session about participants discussed about the principles of note taking while judgement writing, its purpose, skills, reform area of note taking, Directives of Supreme Court on Note Talking, 2072, etc. There was a feedback session chaired by the District Judge of Tanahu. In the workshop participants discussed the difference between the civil, criminal and writ order. Through the exercise session, participants was asked to draft the notes in the judgement writing to make efficient and effective note talking.
