On 23 March 2009 Prof. Dr. Siegfried Bross, a Senior Judge of German Federal Constitutional Court (Second Senate), gave a talk on "Experience of Constitutional Court in Germany". He spoke about the constitutional provisions, Practice and role of constitutional court to safeguard the right of German people and to strengthen the German constitutional system. During the program Dr. Horst Mathaeus, Program Manager, Federal Support Project GTZ highlighted and explained on the major issues. Hon. Narishwar Bhandari, Faculty of NJA, Welcomed the Guests and moderated the program. The program was chaired and the vote of thanks was given by Hon. (Retd. Justice) Tope Bahadur Singh, Executive Director of NJA. Altogether, 100 enlightened people attended the program. Among them senior officers of Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, office of Attorney General, Ministry of Law, Justice and Constitutional Assembly Management, Senior Advocates and Advocates from Nepal Bar Association, Associate Advocates of ICJ-Nepal. The venue of Program was at NJA Hall. It was jointly organized by NJA and ICJ-Nepal section under the aegis of GTZ, UDLE. The talk was really interactive and very useful.
